Top officials in the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration or SIPA recently held discussions with Juli Schwartz, the intellectual property or IP officer and her colleagues from the United States Consulate General in East China's Shanghai.

Yu Chen, deputy director general of SIPA, briefed the visitors on the recent work conducted by Shanghai in the field of IP and expressed his willingness to maintain communications with the US side.

Schwartz shared the latest information on the IP work of the consulate and called for more exchanges and cooperation between the two parties.

Interested staff from the international cooperation and exchange department of SIPA also attended the session.
