Mr. XU Rong holds a doctorate in developmental biology from Fudan University. He has 17 years of experience in technology trading, investment, financing and mergers and acquisitions. He was responsible for R&D, production and operations at GE China and Life technologies Corp. He was also executive VP of the Jiangsu Environmental Industry Technology Research Institute.
