Ms. NI Jing obtained her doctorate at the Joint Education JD of Xiamen University and Paul Cézanne University Aix-Marseille III and her postdoctorate in the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Science. She is Vice-president of the Shanghai Association of People's Mediation and arbitrator in Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
