Mr. SHAN Xiaoguang is a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, Germany, and a visiting scholar at the George Washington University Law School, the United States. He is an expert who enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. He used to be the Dean of the Law School of Tongji University and the Dean of Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP). He is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the SICIP, a member of the Academic Degrees Committee and the Chairman of the Law and Politics Sub-Committee of Tongji University.
