Implement the Trademark Law, the Several Provisions for Regulating Applications for the Registration of Trademarks and other laws and regulations. The IP administrative departments at municipal and district levels should strengthen supervision and negotiation of the trademark agency industry to crack down on illegal acts by trademark agencies.
