Continue to promote the construction of the regional patent information service (Shanghai) center and the patent information dissemination and utilization (Shanghai) base of the National Intellectual Property Administration, and promote Fudan University to set up a patent information service center.

Promote effective use of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Platform.

The platform is one of the public service platforms built by the Shanghai government to promote IP protection, and scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, and realize high-quality, efficient IP services.

Based on patent information resources, the platform utilizes a patent retrieval and analysis system to provide professional, high-level, fast and convenient patent retrieval, analysis, evaluation, management, integration and extension services.

It also provides a patent application system, a patent area statistical analysis system, and related non-patent technology information services, which can effectively meet the requirements of different users.

The number of registered users of the platform has reached 10,085 nationwide. Relying on the platform, 1,402 online thematic databases have been built.
