Fogarty outlined Nike's recent IP enforcement efforts and praised Shanghai's market-oriented, law-based and international business environment. He thanked the city's IP authorities and other departments for their support.
He said Nike is expected to continue operating in Shanghai and deepen its presence in the Chinese market. Nike stated it will continue to base itself in Shanghai and deepen its presence in the Chinese market.
