The Zhoujiadu Sub-center of the China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center was established on March 18 at an investment promotion event on Zhoujiadu sub-district.

The establishment of the Zhoujiadu sub-center is a significant move to deepen national intellectual property reforms, improve local intellectual property protection services, optimize the business environment, and strengthen innovation support services.

It will provide efficient and convenient intellectual property collaborative protection services for local businesses under the guidance of the China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center, with a focus on core sectors such as high-end manufacturing and technological innovation.

Services will include patent pre-examination guidance, dispute mediation, infringement-determination consultation, and specialized training, with an emphasis on building a comprehensive, one-stop public intellectual property service platform.

This initiative will continue to help local companies enhance their capabilities in creating, utilizing, and protecting their intellectual property.
