The protection center aimed to create a fair and orderly trading environment by providing real-time IP rights protection services and resolving disputes promptly. On-site staff provided consultations and handled cases involving IP infringement.

During the fair, the protection center implemented a fast acceptance, fast coordination, and fast resolution mechanism. Seven IP-related cases were resolved efficiently on-site. Effective communication and mediation led to quick resolutions.

All parties involved in the complaints cooperated and voluntarily removed the infringing products. This swift action ensured the protection of patent holders' rights and maintained smooth transactions during the event.

Exhibitors and professional visitors highly praised the service for its speed and effectiveness. The protection center's proactive approach has significantly improved the overall IP protection at the fair.

Moving forward, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection Center plans to continue enhancing its mechanisms for resolving IP disputes swiftly and efficiently. This will contribute to the healthy development of the exhibition industry.
