Zhu Qigao, director-general of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration
Zhu Qigao, who has a master's degree in medicine, previously served as deputy director-general and senior inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, as well as director-general of the Shanghai Institute for Science of Science. Zhu was appointed director-general and Party secretary of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration in February 2026. He oversees the overall operations of the Administration and manages the Organization and Personnel Department.
