Lin He serves as the deputy director of the Consulting and Research Center, Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific & Technical Information of Shanghai), senior engineer, director of the China Society of Scientific and Technical Information, vice-president of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Services Association, member of the Shanghai Standardization Technical Committee of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation, and Shanghai-registered consulting expert.
He engaged in scientific and technological information research, informatization and digital work for more than 20 years, presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial projects of intellectual property research, cutting-edge technology and industrial research, and was responsible for building a series of important informatization service platforms.
