Mr. Yan Rui, now serves as the director of the Public Service Department, Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA) and expert member of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Local Standards on Social Management and Public Service.
Mr. Yan had served as the deputy director and director of the International Communication and Cooperation Department, and the director of the General Office, SIPA, since 2004. Mr. Yan was awarded the honorary title "Advanced Individual of the Whole China Intellectual Property Working System" in 2021.
