Shen Ke, a recipient of the Shanghai Youth May Fourth Medal and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Big Data Center, once held senior management positions in telecommunications operators and internet companies, and is currently the chief data officer (CDO) of Shanghai Data Group Co.
He has published articles on topics including big data, cloud computing, and internet operations. Having received a ministerial-level Scientific and Technological Progress Award, Shen also holds patents in cloud computing technology.
