
Mr. Xu Ming is an associate professor at Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, Tongji University. His research focuses on intellectual property law and technology law.
In recent years, he has been directing multiple projects for various institutions such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (STCSM), and the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration.
Additionally, Mr. Xu has participated in CNIPA's research projects on data intellectual property and related local pilot programs. His other contributions extend to co-writing several chapters for the book "Introduction to Data Intellectual Property", and the participating in the research on "Interim Measures for the Registration and Evidence Preservation of Intellectual Property Rights of Data Products" and its corresponding review guidelines.
