Zhang Xiaolin, director (division-head level) of the Electronics Department at the Patent Examination Cooperation (Jiangsu) Center of the Patent Office, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), senior intellectual property engineer.
As a high-level talent within CNIPA, he is appointed as an accredited intellectual property (IP) expert for various regions, including Shanghai, Jiangsu province and Nanjing. With over 20 years of experience in patent examination, management, academic research, and IP services, Zhang has led or participated in five major CNIPA projects focused on industrial development and policy research.
He has also been repeatedly involved in key national and regional IP service projects concerning artificial intelligence, large models, and new energy.
