Mr. Yu Chen has held various key positions throughout his career, including serving as an officer in the Personnel and Education Department of the Shanghai Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, deputy director of the Exhibition Department at the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and vice secretary-general and financial director of CCPIT. He was also the secretary-general and vice-president of CCPIT.
Since July 2021, he has been serving as the deputy director-general, Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA).
