Xu Chunming, professor and doctoral advisor at the Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property of Tongji University, also serves as the university's director of the Intellectual Property Academic Committee.
He is a chief expert on major projects under the National Social Science Fund of China, one of the first batch of National Leading Talents in Intellectual Property, and an expert included in the National Intellectual Property Expert Database.
In addition, he holds the position of executive council member of the Intellectual Property Law Research Committee under the China Law Society, the China Law Association of Science and Technology (CLAST), and the China Intellectual Property Society (CIPS).
Mr. Xu is also the vice-president of the Intellectual Property Law Research Committee of the Shanghai Law Society, and the vice-chairman of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Society.
