Yang Fan is a co-founder of SenseTime and currently serves as the Party secretary, executive director, executive vice-president of the Group, and president of the SenseCore Business Group at SenseTime.
He is primarily responsible for the strategic business planning and implementation of SenseCore, the construction of Al infrastructure and service systemS, and the development of Al technology-enabled applications and the ecosystem. Mr. Yang has overseen the large-scale commercial implementation of several core businesses at SenseTime, including identity verification, entertainment, and security.
With a forward-looking vision, he also orchestrated the construction of SenseTime's Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC), playing a leading role in shaping the industry landscape of Al infrastructure. Additionally, he initiated the foundation of the Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Industry Ecological Alliance (ICPA), which accelerated the technological innovation and industrialization of independently-developed Al chips.
