While these innovations have ushered in new industries and business models, they have also presented fresh challenges to the safeguarding of intellectual property rights through the judicial system.

The seminar featured two parallel forums that explored topics such as data mining and training and cross-border litigation. Its overarching aim was to deepen judicial exchanges and cooperation between China and the EU and collectively elevate the standard of judicial protection to ensure that it aligns with the evolving landscape of scientific and technological innovation.
