In order to maximize the promotional and instructional value of exemplary cases, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration has formulated the "Top 10 Most Exemplary Cases of Intellectual Property Protection in Shanghai in 2024".
The selected cases primarily share three characteristics: they involve high-value disputes, deliver strong cautionary messages, and demonstrate fair protection of the rights and interests of both Chinese and foreign enterprises.

Case Ⅶ: Manufacturing and selling counterfeit Moutai
Case Ⅷ: Dispute over liability for damages arising from malicious initiation of IP litigation
