Beijing leads in high-tech innovation, focusing on patent creation, IP talent development, and global partnerships. It plans to strengthen IP protection and expand its global influence.
Guangdong: Global IP expansion
Guangdong is a key hub for IP innovation, particularly in electronics and biotechnology. The province is enhancing patent commercialization and cross-border IP enforcement to drive industrial upgrades.
Jiangsu and Zhejiang: Empowering industry with IP
