In celebration of the 25th World Intellectual Property Day and in accordance with the guidelines set by the National Intellectual Property Publicity Week Organizing Committee, Shanghai is set to host the 2025 IP Publicity Week from April 20 to 26, focusing intellectual property and artificial intelligence.
Various institutions and government departments will collaborate to organize a diverse array of events throughout the week.
The Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration has selected 99 events out of 159 submissions from different units.
Notable events include the "2025 Shanghai IP Publicity Week Main Venue Event" co-hosted by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration and the People's Government of Pudong New Area on April 21, a special training session on intellectual property registration for data products hosted by the Changning District Intellectual Property Bureau on April 21, and a lecture on music copyright protection organized by the Shanghai Conservatory of Music on April 23.
