Shanghai hosts Danish delegation for intellectual property exchange

The Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration recently hosted a delegation from the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, led by Director-General Sune Stampe Sørensen, to discuss strengthening international cooperation in intellectual property rights.

Rui Wenbiao, director-general of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, welcomed the Danish delegation and highlighted Shanghai's efforts to enhance legal protections for intellectual property. The city is committed to providing equal protection for both domestic and foreign enterprises and continuously improving its administrative protection measures.

Rui expressed hope that Sørensen's visit would foster deeper understanding and trust, while also inviting Danish businesses to share insights to help create a world-class business environment in Shanghai.

Sørensen praised Shanghai's market-oriented, law-based, and international business environment, while also thanking the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration for supporting Danish businesses in the city.
