Shanghai IP Administration holds workshop with AmCham Shanghai

The Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration recently hosted a workshop with the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AmCham Shanghai) to discuss work related to intellectual property.
Rui Wenbiao, director general of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, welcomed the delegation of representatives from American businesses in Shanghai, led by AmCham Shanghai President Eric Zheng.
Rui highlighted recent developments in Shanghai's intellectual property landscape and stressed the importance of an equitable protection environment. He assured continuous support and policy backing for foreign enterprises in Shanghai.
Rui also solicited feedback from the AmCham Shanghai and American businesses to improve intellectual property initiatives and foster stronger collaboration.
Yu Chen, deputy director general of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, also attended the event. He elucidated Shanghai's work related to intellectual property protection and policies on protecting the intellectual property of foreign enterprises.
Zheng detailed the operations of AmCham Shanghai and the status of American businesses in Shanghai. He thanked the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration for its support and emphasized the need for ongoing cooperation to better serve market players.
