Director of the SSME

Mr. WEI Bingwu is also the secretary of the General Party Branch of the Shanghai SMEs Development Service Center, or SSME and is a National Outstanding SME Service Worker. He led the team to operate the official platform of the Shanghai enterprises service – the "Shanghai Enterprise Service Cloud" online – and promoted the construction of the municipal service system for SMEs offline.
