Mr. FANG Qi  graduated from the Department of Economics of Fudan University. He has worked in a bank for 20 years and has extensive credit experience. During this period, he participated in the preparation of ICBC Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Financial Service Center, as well as in the design of a credit granting and evaluation system.
