Mr. KONG Jun, who holds a doctorate in biomedical engineering, EMBA of CEIBS, joined Siemens Healthineers in 1999 and became general manager of Siemens Shanghai Medical Equipment Ltd in 2016. He has rich experience in research and innovation, product and portfolio management, strategic development and operations management. Under his leadership, the company has continued to develop local medical equipment and launched many innovative medical equipment ranges. In addition, it set up the Siemens Healthineers Shanghai Innovation Center with Zhangjiang Group to build an open innovation ecosystem with global influence cooperating with start-ups, medical institutions and scientific research institutes and other partners.
