A delegation from the Bank of China Shanghai Branch – led by the branch's president Zhang Shouchuan – visited the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, or SIPA, on July 13 and SIPA Director General Rui Wenbiao received the visitors.

They conducted talks on how to further strengthen IP financial work on the basis of a strategic cooperation agreement signed by the two parties recently.
