It also supports and guides the establishment of integrated IP service windows in Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Hongqiao business district.

Patent business mainly includes patent application acceptances, patent fee collection, fee reduction record examinations, patent registration copies, patent pledge registrations, patent license contract records, patent priority documents, batch legal status, priority examinations, document reviews and duplication.

Trademark business mainly includes the handling of trademark registrations, issuance of priority certificates, trademark renewals, transfer applications for registered trademarks, applications for international registration of Madrid trademarks, acceptance of applications for registration of pledge rights to exclusive use of registered trademarks, registration of trademark licenses, and issuance of trademark registration certificates.
